fat, and improve your fitness. While there’s a time and a place for nearly any exercise under the right circumstance, some movements are simply more effective than others. And it should be no surprise that the ones that build a foundation for skills that you’ll use in real life will be the most beneficial for improving your fitness and quality of life.
Cardio Workout :
Cardio exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate.
Face it our bodies were made to move. And we all know that to keep our muscles
in shape we need move them. This movement makes them stronger and stronger
muscles make for a more efficient and healthy body. Your heart is a muscle.
Therefore working it makes it stronger. A stronger cardio-vascular system means
more capillaries delivering more oxygen to cells in your muscles. This enables
your cells to burn more fat during both exercise and inactivity. Cardio
exercise uses large muscle movement over a sustained period of time keeping
your heart rate to at least 50% of its maximum level.
Weight Gain Training :
While it seems like most people are interested in weight
loss, there are actually TONS of men and women out there who have the opposite
goal… weight gain. We are the ones who are either too skinny or
underweight for our liking and need a proper weight gain diet to fix it.
In most cases, people like us want to know how to gain
weight because we’re looking to build muscle. We might call it “gaining
weight,” but what we’re really looking to gain here is muscle, not fat. In
other cases however, some people don’t care what that weight is. Muscle, fat,
or a combination of both… they just want to add ANY kind of weight to their
body fast.
Weight Loss Training :
To transform your body, to get fit, to be healthy and to
feel great you gotta exercise. Just like the air you breathe, your body
needs physical exercise. And it needs exercise in a way that is so
far-reaching that scientists are only just starting to unravel some of the
amazing effects exercise has on our bodies. Exercise allows you to boost your
metabolism and turn your body into a fat blasting furnace. Exercise builds
muscle in the places you want, improves body shape and gives you a firm, toned
body. Dieting, on the other hand, doesn’t promise a firm body – you can lose
weight dieting and still be jiggly! And of course, in conjunction with
diet, exercise speeds up the whole weight loss process, and who doesn’t want
that?
