Some tips for healthy Fit body :
- Try to eat smaller and frequent meals, generally 5-6 times a day.
- Have a balanced diet.
- Stay hydrated - Water intake should be 3-4 litres/day.
- Please don't skip your breakfast.
- Adjust your dinner time 2-3 hrs before your bed time.
